I don't know but perhaps we can send a few over there on a fact finding mission and see what happens to the poor dears? Anyways I really doubt that the Corp or the Army gets many recruits from the Peoples Republic of Berkeley. So the poor old Tax Payer is actually being spared a bit.

Hey, the city can do what it wants...so long as the federal funding is cut first.
