Iranians are a good looking and intelligent race - they need to shake off the monkey religion Islam.
Does anyone have a translation of what they're saying? In particular, I'd like to know what motivated the woman in the video to do that. Girls Gone Wild notwithstanding, women very rarely engage in breast flashes in the West, where the legal sanctions for that sort of thing are trivial or even non-existent. Being in Iran, OTOH, this woman could well have signed her own death warrant (as Cargosquid noted).
Good looking and brave a nice combination to have.
IN America, flashing a tit gets you on Girls Gone Wild. In Iran, it can get you hanged.
