That's odd, the 37mm turret looks wide like a Grant to me. I think its a Grant. The Lee's 37mm turret is narrower and taller to my recollection. And the flat front of that turret on the Lee curves in under the gun more.
I agree that its odd that it has the machine gun cupola on it.

Looking closer, I'm wrong, definitely the Lee turret.
