All I see happening is people slamming on their anchors as soon as they see one, then being slammed from behind. Safety? I think not.
You can clearly see that it is a photoshop situation... They would have been used to pitch an advertising campaign to a company (Pioneer Suspension) by the Advertising agency...
The problem i see with this is that the image will only look right from 1 Angle

The shadow of the guy putting the "sticker" on the road is all wrong. Obviously fake photos.

Only the last picture has been photo-shopped, the others show you what the roads are really like, the last one is a government propaganda campaign.
