I had a sneaking suspicion so I Googled it and sure enough, that's Andersen Air Force Base on Guam.I spent six years on that rock as a kid and attended many air shows and so forth at Andersen.The runway there ends in a sheer drop off of a cliff face.
FYI, this is the B-2 that took off immediately preceding the one that crashed.
