Get a grip on it, Theo! It's just another mutation of the flu virus. Flu kills about 36,000 Americans every year, mostly old with vulnerabilities or very young without a fully developed immune system.

I've had first hand experience of the pig flu:
ReplyDeleteStarted with vomiting & the runs at 03:00 on Tuesday July 21st.
By 12:00 that day I felt pretty rough, with a temperature, thumping head & aching joints.
Phoned the doctor & he concurred that it was the dreaded lurgy.
By Wednesday evening I felt somewhat better & by Saturday I was back at work.
I'm over 50, overweight & only ceased a 50 a day smoking habit in February.
I guess us self employed types are naturally resistant to most illnesses......;-)
