We need to have a ruling from the judges whether race tracks count as "chassis". Just because chassis ride on race tracks, do they still count?
BTW, I looked up the plural of "chassis". I would have thought it would be like "crisis/crises", but nope. Plural is just "chassis", although it's pronounced with an 's' on the end; cha-see and cha-sees.
4 over-sized wheels, front and back seats with plush appointments, fueled for long-distance driving: looks like a touring vehicle! I'd spin that around the track a time or two!
