The pilot touched down far too late, he should have gone around again. St Barths is a very tricky landing, I've landed there a few times myself (passenger not pilot) and it can be a little scary. Any idea when the video was taken, from the lines of yellow buoys I think it must have been the current season.
You can't use the brakes if you don't put the wheels on the ground.
