The federal government mandated tht every car sold in the United States had to comply with this basic automobile design in order to safegard riders from dangerous road conditions due to the proliferation of pot holes.
I don't think that's right. First, the German armored cars were either 6 or 8 wheel not 10. Second, the steering wheel is on the right, which suggests it's a British prototype.
What? Looks like standard GM quality control to me...
