Once I finally noticed the fish in the picture, I had to ask myself "what kind of fish is that?"
- I have NO idea, and am still 'studying' the matter...

They taste really, really good. Sometimes, they are a little firm and need a little massage to get them ready.
She's a beauty. I think the fish is a speckled trout, aka speck in the Gulf. Hope the girl is Southern, it's good for our image.
