With all due respect to the President, I think the REAL 'question' to be asked is "IS there still a functioning DOJ after eight years of Comrade Barry?"
- The fish rots from the head, and Rotten Barry has corrupted the Republic and its institutions many levels downward from the Oval Orifice where he reigned in the Red Shed. His thorough destruction of the Democratic Party* pales in significance to the damage he has wrought to America.
* The party of Jackson and JFK has mutated like a virus into the party of McGovern-Mondale-Hillary. Doubt this? Just take a look at the current DNC Turd Polishers who are even more rotten than the last bunch.
