The Penn State "Outing Club" isn't allowed to... go out. Because they might be out of cell phone range in the woods, and that's not good for the school.

The real reason is that Penn State understands its pedophile leaders might not survive a nature outing if they were caught. And they simply cannot tolerate that.
Do remember that Paterno had FIRED Sandusky after he was first caught, even though Pennsylvania State "Law Enforcement" refused to prosecute him. Sandusky was only back on campus because the University "leaders" had given him permission to return. Also remember that the DA investigating Sandusky's first statutory rapes mysteriously "committed suicide" and they never found the hard drive for his computer. THIS is "Law Enforcement" and the "Legal" system.
