Double Dips - Credit ratings...............from Rico

I seriously have to wonder what our national credit rating will be in future once both of these "dips" get done with us.
Ranking #13 of the top 20 isn't so hot as it is, but our "double dips" have a lot of potential and are racing to the bottom as I type this...
