The man in the white house doesn't/can't create jobs. Senators don't create jobs. The Representatives don't create jobs.
No amount of cajoling, moaning, lamenting, regulating or tax-incentive-dangling by DC is going to encourage one single business person to hire people. Demand for products and services does that. Period.
