find a job here, and then persue the resident Alien Workers Visa. I caqn't go into much more detail then that, but I know a fellow who just immigrated here from somewhere in the UK. He had possible jobs in Las Vegas and here in Texas. He took the Texas job. One of our Chemists is from China and he got a student Visa then changed it to Worker (and got a bit panicky when there was some holdup).
If you will not be a drag on society or have a useful function that perhaps might influence you to be conservative, or not vote for the socialists who are in power now, you will most likely not be able to stay here....

Or change your name to Theo Chispa, go to Mexico on vacation and come in to the US through an illegal border crossing like everyone else :)

ReplyDeleteWell, one way is to fly to Mexico, then walk north. It seems to have worked for millions of Mexicans and Central Americans.
