Riots Burn Down Idea of Swedish Utopian Society

    I saw an article somewhere about the Swedish police actually giving the burned out cars parking tickets.

    Of course the owners were not able to drive them away and in many cases were afraid to even enter the neighborhood, but that didn't deter the cops from stickin a ticket on them.
