This does a superb job of explaining Barry's 'foreign policy'...too bad most Congresscritters and most voters haven't figured out what this "change" thing really means.

For Democrats (C), recent graduates of government-run screwels, anyone who gets their 'new' from TV, and the 51% collecting some sort of 'free' welfare benefits read: Not Good.
