Contract from America vote...
Please vote for the final 10 to be included in the Contract from America. I suggested one of them, guess which, and was pleased to see it make the final 20. Its not quite America idol and slightly more important.

Having played "Jenga" more than once, I feel qualified to SWAG what the outcome will be.
Not good.
It will not be the "all is well" (imagine Kevin Bacon saying this towards the conclusion of the classic "Animal House") as the Pelosi-reid congress, the Ministry of Truth and the Red Shed are saying.
Most Western governments are drowning in debt, running 'unprecedented' budget deficits, and printing fiat currency as fast as humanly possible.
It would be prudent now to remember the words of Alan Blinder, former FED Chairman:
"The last duty of a central banker is to tell the public the truth."

- I'm off to have some 'violin' lessons right now. Not being by nature or inclination a "trusting" sort when government is involved.
