This is good, I like the way this Marine says it to The Man.
Myself, I'm also tired of being labeled a Nazi by a bunch of people who have a one-party system of control over my country, and are starting the same kind of creeping incrementalism the Fascists did in Europe.

- Better yet...watch and see how the public reacts to the report! Maybe, as is usual these days, the MSM won't bother to report the information and this will fly completely under the radar. It's not a problem if we don't 'talk' about it, right?
Bank failures have depleted the FDIC reserve fund from $52.8 bn in 2008 to $13 bn 1Q 2009.
....hmmmm. The 56 bank failures since 31 Mar 2009 have cost FDIC $16 bn.
- The numbers don't 'match' do they?
Has the FDIC already tapped into its line of credit at Treasury?
What happens if the public figures out its deposits (in banks) really aren't all that safe?

Has anyone paid any attention to Argentina and what has happened there? NO. [So what if Argentina defaulted on its debt in 2001.....but how about more recently?]
- 23 oct 2008 Argentina seizes pension funds to pay debts. The state took control of private pension funds to raise cash. This is what happens when bond sales fall short of financing debt needs.
Who's next to cry after Argentina? The US, the UK, EUroland?

David William Hedrick, a member of the silent majority, decided that he was not going to be silent anymore. So, he let U.S. Congressman Brian Baird have it. He was one questioner out of 38, that was called at random from an audience that started at 3,000 earlier in the evening. Not expecting to be called on, he quickly scratched what he wanted to say on a borrowed piece of paper and with a pen that he borrowed from someone else in the audience minutes before he spoke. So much for the planned talking points of the right wing conspiracy.

IF MY BODY WERE A CAR....
If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking about trading it in for a newer model. I've got bumps and dents and scratches in my finish, and my paint job is getting a little dull. But that's not the worst of it. My headlights are out of focus, and it's especially hard to see things up close.
My traction is not as graceful as it once was. I slip and slide and skid and bump into things even in the best of weather.
My whitewalls are stained with varicose veins. It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed. My fuel rate burns inefficiently.
But here's the worst of it -- 
Almost every time I sneeze, cough or laugh, either my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires.

In business, as in war, the purpose of defensive operations is to buy time, hold terrain, facilitate other operations, preoccupy your adversary, and erode his resources. Your situation & circumstances will always differ; the principles always remain the same. Defending forces await the attacker's blow and defeat the attack by successfully deflecting it. Waiting for the attack is not a passive activity - leaders/managers should seek to strengthen their forces through training and provide no advantage to an adversary before hostile actions begin.

Trouble ahead...Dollar and Bonds............from Rico
There is an old (I guess that makes it 'classic') Grateful Dead song that contains the lyrics: "...Trouble ahead! Trouble behind! Casey Jones you'd better watch your speed!..."
Seriously, when it was reported today that the Beard (Bernanke) had actually said he could "see recovery building" and his comments were credited with boosting the Dow today....well, it was really Jerry Garcia and the lads that I heard singing this song in my mind's eye, and NOT Ben's encouraging words.
There is TROUBLE AHEAD. Let's look at some publicly available data NOT being reported by the cheerleading squad for Team Obama (otherwise known as the MSM or the Ministry of Truth): [ref: US Gov't TIC reports]
Dollars and Bonds.
INFLOWS of foreign funds are dropping and we're seeing OUTFLOWS of funds.
The bond world is the most important market beneath the Dollar currency market...and absent that, the only resort is the printing press (otherwise known as the Zimbabwe option).
You can keep your head in the sand for a while, there is still a little string to play out until things come to a crashing halt, BUT it's pretty clear that foreign creditors are distancing themselves from the United States and this data foretells a flight from the Dollar. More "historic" CHANGE (otherwise known as disaster)!
NUTS!....................from Rico
Yeah, I know...once upon a time when history was taught in our schools, when Hollywood actually rooted for our side to win, and we had many of the Greatest Generation available to tell us what it was really like, a reasonable person upon hearing "NUTS!" would have immediately thought of the WWII battle of Bastogne and the surrounded US General's reply to the Germans demand he surrender.
Today, as we struggle to stay above the muck of socialism that the Democrats (C) and Obama are trying to immerse us in, one would probably think of ACORN.
- This organization is not only organized as a criminal conspiracy, it IS a criminal conspiracy.
And, the rise of Obama does amply illustrate the point that mighty Marxists from ACORNs do grow!!!
Myself, I much prefer the original meaning of NUTS! and intend to apply it to today's circumstances...I'll "cling" to my loaded M-1, and the surrounding Nazi's can be played by the Democrats (C).
We'll SEE who wins this game!
