Dr. Sphincter Demonstrates Pelosi-Care
Obama's Frightening Insensitivity Following the Fort Hood Shooting A bad week for Democrats compounded by an awful moment for Barack Obama
Instead of a somber chief executive offering reassuring words and expressions of sympathy and compassion, viewers saw a wildly disconnected and inappropriately light president making introductory remarks. At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a "shout-out" to "Dr. Joe Medicine Crow -- that Congressional Medal of Honor winner." Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms. Who is advising him?
Anyone at home aware of the major news story of the previous hours had to have been stunned. An incident like this requires a scrapping of the early light banter. The president should apologize for the tone of his remarks, explain what has happened, express sympathy for those slain and appeal for calm and patience until all the facts are in. That's the least that should occur.

A few more one-liners.............
101. Why is it that most nudists are people you don’t want to see naked?
102. I don’t suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.
103. When you go into court, you are putting your fate into the hands of people who weren’t smart enough to get out of jury duty.
104. If you keep your feet firmly on the ground, you’ll have trouble putting on your pants.
105. What’s the difference between a northern fairytale and a southern fairytale? A northern fairytale begins “Once upon a time…” A southern fairytale begins “Y’all ain’t gonna believe this shit…”
106. Does this rag smell like chloroform to you?
107. You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America’s Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn’t want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named ‘Bush’, ‘Dick’, and ‘Colon’. Need I say more?
108. Children seldom misquote you. In fact, they usually repeat word for word what you shouldn’t have said.
109. Good health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die.
110. Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.
111. If Bill Gates had a penny for every time I had to reboot my computer…oh wait, he does.
112. The big difference between sex for money and sex for free is that sex for money usually costs a lot less.
113. I don’t have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.
114. George Washington said “We would have a black president when pigs fly!”… well, swine flu.
115. Haikus are easy. But sometimes they don’t make sense. Refrigerator.
116. Children in the dark make accidents, but accidents in the dark make children.
117. Life’s a bitch, ’cause if it was a slut, it’d be easy.
118. I have never understood why women love cats. Cats are independent, they don’t listen, they don’t come in when you call, they like to stay out all night, and when they’re home they like to be left alone and sleep. In other words, every quality that women hate in a man, they love in a cat.
119. You know your children are growing up when they stop asking you where they came from and refuse to tell you where they’re going.
120. Deja Vu – When you think you’re doing something you’ve done before, it’s because God thought it was so funny, he had to rewind it for his friends.

Pink-slip Congress.............from Rico
Congress does a lousy job at EVERYTHING they do...except bilking the taxpayer, and conning the public into electing and re-electing them.
- If you wonder why they show such disregard, disdain, and unconcealed disrespect for the people they are supposedly working for...you and I, Sparky...it's because the public is stupid enough to vote for them!
Congress votes on its own pay and pay raises, cushy retirement plan, and golden health benefits.
I think we need to pink-slip the entire lot of them! If any employee of a business were this highly compensated for such a dismal level of performance, corruption, and demonstrated incompetence they would be fired immediately and replaced!
Throw the bums all out! ALL OF THEM!
We need to reinstate the "draft" ...only for 'public service' in Congress, not military service. Make this a W-2 job! Pay for performance, with the same benefits we all enjoy (like Social Security...and God forbid, socialized medicine if they have their way) and for only one term or "hitch" then they return to private life to face their neighbors. Hell's bell's! ANY of my neighbors, or yours chosen at random would do a better job than current members of Congress.
- No special priveleges or perks, and if there is any "pork" they can go to Leavenworth.
- Graft like cold-cash Jefferson (who had six-figures in bribe cash hidden in his freezer at home)? No special protection by peers in Congress, serious jail time with no parole.
"Selfless service" to country and countrymen has somehow mutated into "self-service" and "we the people" allowed it to happen. I for one consider too many of our public servants today to be self-serving, incompetent, crooks.
- Being a member of Congress should be a responsibility...not a free ride to easy street...and they need to be held accountable for solving problems constructively, not allowed kick-the-can of worms down the road so they can escape unscathed into a comfortible lifetime of retirement paid for by the taxpayer.
Congress today is a drive-by gang shooting of the American public!
No wonder they fear the 1st and 2nd Amendments! In another time they would have been hung or shot for the kind of behavior, shenanigens, and "airs" they assume is their proper entitlement.

Rally in Augusta/Maine coordinator on Farm Relief Freedom Rally
Event: 7th of Nov
Where: State House Parking lot in Augusta.
When: 12:00 (noon) until 3.
Why: To remind elected representatives that in exactly a year they will be up for election.
In addition two participants in the following cross-country event will be attending.
_______
Farmer Relief & Freedom Relay to partner with Saving the Valley (www.savingthevalley.org) that Hope Forgot – A Tea Party Patriots™ relief relay across the nation to assist the farmers of California’s Central Valley.
In actions that can only be described as lacking the most basic humanity, the U.S. Congress has turned off the water to Central Valley farmers, leaving their land dry, their fields fallow, and their dreams and ambitions scattered in the dust. Tens of thousands are unemployed and waiting in food lines. The federal government is proving once again that the government is the problem, not the solution.
In the Central Valley of California, the Central Valley Tea Party, Water for All, Families Protecting the Valley, and local valley farmers have banded together to provide immediate and direct assistance to the suffering communities. The Central Valley Tea Party naturally reached out to their nationwide network through the Tea Party Patriots™. Across the nation the response was overwhelmingly positive. From this nationwide web, the Farmer Relief & Freedom Relay was formed.
Tea Party Patriots™ from across the nation are organizing three relief missions crossing the country with food, clothing, gift cards and other donations to assist the farmers who have been forsaken by their own government.

_____________
Northern leg speaker Andrew Ian Dodge (Tea Party Patriots coordinator for Maine (http://maineteaparty.blogspot.com) and Josh Parker (TPP organizer in Texas) will be in Augusta to talk about their mission, which begins on Sunday with an event in Worchester, Mass.

A Shout Out
After a massacre at Ft. Hood, the president gives a "shout out."
What a sphincter.
Here's a Shout Out for America:
"Nidal Malik Hasan was born in Virginia but didn’t think of himself as an American: on a form he filled out at the Muslim Community Center in Silver Spring, Maryland, he gave his nationality not as “American” but as “Palestinian.” A mosque official found that curious, saying: 'I don’t know why he listed Palestinian. He was not born in Palestine.'” Jihad at Ft. Hood

So, guess where I parked, today?.......from PR
It was an exceptionally unpleasant day, at Fort Hood. I was finally on the way home by 8:30 after they kept the post in lock-down for over 5 hours, and hit a deer on the way back to Round Rock. No injuries, but the car got towed to the dealership for repairs.
I'm OK, all 'round, but still completely boggled at the way a fellow soldier could do that. Seems he'd been noted making a lot of remarks about Muslims rising up against the occupiers, meaning us. So, this was a terrorist attack, it seems.
Note the clever positioning of the brand new Camaro SS, parked in the best place to avoid door dings.

Losing - by winning!................from Rico
The GOP. The Republicans. They are DOOMED!!!
The state-run media has been telling us what a disaster yesterday was for the Republicans. The GOP lost BIG time by winning the governorships of Virginia and New Jersey...but it got even worse for them by Virginia electing a Republican Lt. Governor and Attorney General for only the second time in state history!
So...to believe CNN (Communist News Network) and the rest of the talking-heads in the MSM, you have to believe that the Republicans LOST, by WINNING!!! And, even more dire, if 2010 sees the same results for them, then....well, the GOP is doomed, DOOMED! ...psssst! Wanna buy a watch? A bridge maybe?
- No wonder the MSM (aka The Ministry of Truth) has lost ALL credibility.
Is this the start of a CHANGE from "yes we can" to "no you cannot" for the Obamunists? I sure HOPE so!!!!!

Default? Nawww. Huh???..........from Rico
The governments of every major nation ARE going to default on their debts. There are only two questions:
- 1. How?
- 2. When?
Nawwwww!!!
Of course, government establishments DENY this. They have gained power by the expansion of government.
- Politicians LIE. Voters believe them. The mendacity of governments never changes or abates, nor does public gullibility.
Governments have become universally Keynesian.
The LIES:
- Treasury debt will keep its AAA rating.
- Treasury debt is backed by "the full faith and credit" of the US government.
- Inflation can be controlled.
Anyone who cares to look (rather than watch Prancing With The Stars or Katie Couric) is familiar with the unfunded off-budget liabilities and the on-budgt Fed debt...which are impossible now to ever repay.
So? Default HOW?
- Outright default. Not very likely, but i would have said this about our debt levels a year ago, too.
- Selective default. Congress repudiates major benefit promises rather than US debt.
- Inflation. Mass (up to 50%) or Hyper (sky's the limit..think Zimbabwe). Mass inflation seems more likely over the next decade. Since inflation is a HIDDEN default on political promises, our pol's can "blame" speculators or greedy businessmen instead of taking the responsibility themselves.
So...Zimbabwe option OR another Great Depression?
- My guess is that Central Banks will bail out their largest banks and try to avoid hyperinflation, while accepting mass inflation and at some point refusing to further bail out their respective governments.
Hey, wait!!! We're almost there now!!! Hmmmmm....guess I may have inadvertantly put the tail on the #2 donkey (infra) "when" just now.
Those who do not see this coming will be scratching their....er, heads and saying "huh?"
