Save an Old Soldier, prevent the sale of white poppies
A peacenik group in New Zealand who seek peace through violent attacks on government installations have decided they should be funded by taking money from the old soldiers themselves. I suspect they have missed the mood of the country regarding our most sacred holiday. (Thats where the word comes from, Holy Day.)

By asking the right questions, you'll uncover your prospects needs or requirements. As some of you already know, I've been doing some work with Geoff Burch recently and here is on video presenting the case for asking questions.
Asking questions is important at all stages of the sales cycle, even when cold-calling. You can download my cold-calling tips from the training page on my website. Asking questions of an audience is a great way to engage them. As a corporate presenter and event host I use this tactic a lot. It's a key skill to have and when executed properly helps with the smooth running of a conference, convention or workshop.

You have probably NEVER heard of Martin Armstrong, but I think he is a financial genius. The modern-day "Einstein" of economics and money.
No wonder his ass is locked-up!
- And NOT for being a Bernie madoff, but for telling the truth and seeing things so very clearly.
He is also the longest-serving prisoner for contempt of court in our history...being jailed at Ft Dix/Camp Dix for having the 'audacity' to tell the CIA and Goldman Sachs to "pound sand" when they demanded his proprietary formulae for predicting 'economic cycles' (which were SO accurate, the big boys wanted them for themselves...when he said NO, he was accused of 'market manipulation' and jailed without trial).
This fella is not a 'nut' or a 'crank' but is the real deal.
It's worth tuning-out the white-noise, chatter, blathering, and total bullsit being served-up routinely by the financial media and financial TV, and....stopping, then thinking, about what this man has to say. It's well worth seriously considering.
- We could all 'hope' that Timmy Geithner or Benny Bernanke were half as smart. Things might even 'change' ...but then, that's exactly what is NOT supposed to happen. Real change that would better your lot in life vice enslaving you to modern serfdom to the State.

Where Do We Go From Here?
"All of my high school Indian classmates are now dead . . . . . all of them. These are just a couple of incidents that really captured my attention, shocking me to the core, back in the day. Today, the attrition from drugs knows no boundaries, afflicting families across the spectrum. Yesterday, I spent a few minutes talking with an old friend who had eschewed any thoughts about changing his libertarian stance on morality well over twenty years ago, thinking everyone has a right to go their own way, do their own thing; we had those kind of conversations a long time ago while drinking beer at the local pub. I'd go home early, and eventually, so would he: 6 months ago his son put a 158 grain slug into his brain, right in front of his terrified younger sister pleading for him to stop." Fuchs

First of all Tea Party Express decided to back a Democrat, despite two more tea-party minded Republicans running for the office in their primary. I have written about it at Daily Caller. Needless to say Idaho based tea party people are less than pleased.
And secondly I have a piece up at PJM about the curious rise of Nick Clegg and the Liberal Democrats. Not often the so-called "third party" ends up leading the polls two weeks from the general election.

The recession is ending. We are having a recovery. RHETORIC. Horse pucky.
Treasury yields are signalling a Dollar drop....a crumbling Dollar, on the verge of inflation/hyperinflation.
- Translation: yields go UP when a government can't get enough entities to BUY their DEBT. That is happening now, among other things (like China and others walking-away from their "bad American mortgages....er, Treasuries").
CRE (comercial real estate)? Moody's All property Type Aggregate Index declined 2.6% in February.
- In 2008 distressed sales were 4% of all sales.
- In 2009 distressed sales were nearly 20% of all sales.
- In February 2010 an 'unprecedented' and 'historic' record of distressed sales as 32% of all sales.
Unemployment? REAL unemployment, and not the magic unicorn, fairy-tale numbers reported by the Obama-Soetoro regime? Fuggadaboudit! We're screwed and many of you are out of jobs, some prematurely 'retired' forever (never to work again).
Recovery? Recession ending? You MUST be either joking, or a Marxist.
