IAI's new Panther combines the flight capabilities of fixed wing airplane with helicopter-like hovering, takeoff and landing, by employing two tilt-rotor propellers, and a vertical lift augmenter propeller providing additional lift for hovering, takeoff and landing, called fixed wing Vertical TakeOff and Landing (VTOL).
This configuration enables the Panther to be runway-independent, taking off and landing from unprepared areas.
Weighing about 65 kg, the Panther is powered by three electrical motors and packs sufficient power to loiter on missions of up to six hours at an altitude of 10,000 ft. The Panther carries IAI’s MiniPOP multi-sensor electro-optical day-night payload comprising stabilized day and night cameras, laser rangefinder, laser pointer or laser designator...

The "old fashioned" way.....from Rico
I forget where I ran across this [attached] but it reminded me of a very old TV commercial (for Smith Barney?) about creating wealth "the old fashioned way...we EARN it."
Seems to be a good, clear, message for the "progressives" [read: communist-socialist scum] infesting our body politic today.
We don't "redistribute" wealth [read: steal it from someone who earned it to give it to someone who did not] rather we "earn" it,
Thus endeth my anti-sozialismus rant for today....unless I have another one after the morning bacon!
