I doubt anyone in the world, and certainly no one in Obama's mis-Administration knows more about bonds than PIMCO's Bill Gross. He's a very smart man.
- He created a chart that shows who is actually buying government debt today (a.k.a. 'bonds';read: Wimpy-esque promises to pay you back someday in exchange for your money today]. When the 30% of foreign purchasers say "no more, no mas" the wheels will come off the wagon.

PATUXENT RIVER, Md. (Feb. 26, 2011) An F-35B test aircraft completes its 100th flight with Lockheed Martin test pilot David "Doc" Nelson at the controls. The F-35B is the Marine Corps variant of the Joint Strike Fighter and is capable of short take offs and vertical landings. The BIG Contango we have enjoyed as the World's Reserve Currency is failing, and has actually reversed. What we will have next is the BIG Splatter!!!
The stock markets in both Weimar Germany and Zimbabwe rocketed sky-high along with their respective rampant inflation. At first no one realized that their 'paper' earnings were actually in worthless 'paper' money...then the reality that they were broke hit. Million and Billion and Trillion paper notes would not buy a loaf of bread or a couple eggs by the time this Central Banker-Ponzi scheme blew up.
While it's really swell, nice, good and all that to have the Dow Jones around 12,000 again you would be well served to remember when it 'hit' 14,000 not very long ago. You should also be cognizant of how much purchasing power/value our currency has "lost" through debasement in just the few intervening years. If the DJIA WAS at 14,000 right now you would have 'lost' money if you were in the market.
- Hurry-hurry-hurry the financial media shills are yelling! Those who know what lies ahead are trying to unload their paper onto Mom and Pop investors before they're left holding the bag on Wallstreet.
Look at what Gold and Silver have done relative to the Dollar in this chart.
- Now understand that the relative value of Gold and Silver has remained fairly constant, but it is the value/purchasing power of the Dollar that has plummeted! A good way to think of it isn't that Silver has doubled, but that the Dollar has halved.
Our Central Bank has turned our paper fiat into a "dead currency walking."
