Yep, he said he was going to sue, well, unless she apologized within "24 hours," which started last night. And TMZ says "time's up."

Next week, if you can stomach it, bring an essay to class that answers the question “can you be a crypto-socialist and a nauseating elitist too?”

(JTA) -- Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz responded to former Israeli security officials who are publicly criticizing a potential air strike on Iran.
McCain: Security leaks coming from ‘highest levels’ of White House
