Lucky Charms....................from Rico
Barry's "pocket litter" aka the stuff he carries around on a daily basis include:
- A Hindu god amulet
- A Masonic emblem
- A ring inscribed "there is no god but Allah"
He is 'secretive' about these things, but nobody really 'cares' if he is a Prince Hall Freemason (as has been reported), or feels some 'connection' to Hinduism or Islam.
- It is that he won't be forthright and directly address these things that is cloying...and annoying.

Joe, we hardly knew ya! A Joe Biden debate primer!...from Mike Haltman at TPC
Silver - Supply - Demand..............from Rico
An interesting infographic about Silver is attached fyi.
When you consider price as a function of supply and demand, this says a lot.
- No, I am not talking about the paper-Silver sold at 100:1 or even 500:1* by SLV (JP Morgan) or paper futures traded on the Crimex....er, COMEX where multiple years worth of actual physical production is traded in notional paper in mere minutes.
Think physical only.
This explains the frantic efforts by the bullion Cartel to cap, suppress, manipulate, and artificially control the physical metal price via their virtual mark-to-imagination paper gyrations.
- It will ultimately fail, and the period of effectiveness after a paper raid is getting smaller, and smaller as physical demand outstrips supply.
*100 paper ounces/certificates sold for every one physical ounce held, or 500 paper ounces/certificates sold for every physical ounce held...talk about 'fractional' bullion trading!

Obama Suffers Big Loss in First Debate, But Will He Lose the Election?
The 2012 debate between President Obama and former Governor Mitt Romney might be the most one-sided debate in presidential history. While Obama suffered a horrible loss, does this signal an even worse electoral defeat in November. Find out on this Trifecta.

The Oceans Are Neither Rising, Nor Turning to Acid
When you consider how deeply in debt the nation is, you might think that scientists from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) would want to avoid wasting taxpayer dollars studying “ocean acidification in the Arctic and what this means for the future survival of marine and terrestrial organisms.” You would be wrong.
Like so many government agencies that were originally established for legitimate reasons, the USGS has been corrupted to advance the greatest hoax of the modern era, global warming, aka climate change. A visit to its website shows that its major concerns these days include “climate and land use change”, “ecosystems”, along with “energy and minerals, and environmental health.”
My dictionary defines geology as “1. Scientific study of the origin, history, and structure of the earth. 2. Structure of a specific region of the earth’s surface.” It says nothing about “environmental health” or “ecosystems.” One might also expect the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to be more interested in the alleged ocean acidification than the USGS geologists.
We have arrived at the sad and dangerous point in our history when our government’s agencies are just as likely to be used to advance the global warming./climate change hoax as to be engaged in the original and actual functions for which they were established.
It gets worse. There is no scientific justification for a bunch of geologists to be studying ocean acidification. According to USGS Director, Marcia McNutt, “Ocean acidification is a particularly vexing problem associated with the release of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere from the burning of fossil fuels because it interferes with the ability of marine organisms to build hard shells of calcium carbonate.” Wrong, wrong, and wrong.
Why is the USGS worried about “marine organisms”? If the object of geology is to study the structures of the earth’s surface, why are they collecting samples of Arctic water to study the utterly bogus claim that marine creatures are endangered?
The answer lies in aspects of the biggest collection of lies and predictions about the earth, the reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the United Nations vehicle for the dissemination of the global warming/climate change hoax.
In its Forth Assessment Report (AR4) it pushed the lie that the oceans were rising and would swamp everything by 2100. The rate of sea rise since AR4 has actually decreased by about 25%. Ocean acidification is just another one of its lies.
A team of scientists recently released a report debunking the IPCC prediction that there would be a massive die-off of ocean plankton due to ocean acidification. That's not happening either.
As for acidification, the alleged increase in the pH factor—the measurement of the amount of hydrogen ion concentration in a solution—has long since been debunked because for at least the last 600 million years, if it were true it would have dissolved the ocean’s limestone deposits, none of which have been dissolved through all of that time.
In fact, as Cliff Ollier, an emeritus professor of geology, has noted, “Marine life flourishes where CO2 is abundant. Over geological time enormous amounts of CO2 have been sequestered by living things, so that today there is far more CO2 in limestone than in the atmosphere or ocean. This sequestration of CO2 by living things is far more important than trivial additions to the atmosphere caused by human activity.”
The USGS is not telling the truth about CO2, especially when it asserts that “mining and burning of coal, the mining and smelting of metal ores, and the use of nitrogen fertilizer are the major causes of chemical oxidation processes that generate acid in the Earth-surface environment.” It is no accident that these alleged “causes” all have to do with the provision of energy, products that use metals in their construction, and crop yields on which humans and livestock depend for food.
The USGS forgot to include the tons of CO2 that are exhaled daily by the seven billion humans on earth.
Add ocean acidification and falsely asserted rapid rise of sea levels to the list of things the IPCC, the USGS, and NOAA, among others, are lying about.

Rant: If Barack Obama ran an airline…from Mike Haltman
Justin Trudeau, the Paris Hilton of Canadian politics.....................by Mischa Popoff
Conservatives should all stand up and support Justin Trudeau in his run for the leadership of the Grits.
If an impuissant environmentalist like Stéphane Dion, or an effete American academic like Michael Ignatieff, or a socialist socialite like Bob Rae didn’t fire up the conservative base, just wait until the spawn of Canada’s greatest spender takes the helm of Canada’s greatest-spending party.
Laws restrict individuals. This is a good thing when it comes to criminals. But in the case of ingenuity and prosperity, the majority of bills passed by Liberals have proven detrimental.
Take for instance the Indian Act which since 1951 has prevented Canada’s First Nations from owning property; monopolized public healthcare which has killed tens of thousands of Canadians sitting on wait lists since 1966; the Official Languages Act of 1969 which, at a cost of $2.4 billion a year, and counting, has failed to change Canada’s linguistic landscape except of course in the federal civil service where les Francaphones are far overrepresented; the National Energy Program which destroyed Canada’s economy in 1981; and finally the long-gun registry which robbed lawful gun owners of their rights in 1993 and lasted right up until last year. And it’s all cheerily endorsed by the Paris Hilton of Canadian politics, Monsieur Justin Trudeau, for your own damn good!
Imagine if President Clinton had broken up Bill Gates’ Microsoft Corporation in the 1990s. Sure, Apple creator Steve Jobs might’ve endorsed that plan at the time. But then it turned out that stiff competition from Microsoft made Apple the powerhouse it is today.
Americans pay less than half what we’re forced to pay for things like basic communication services, transportation, and food, all thanks to a centralized, Liberal statist agenda, strictly controlled from Ottawa.
For the better part of the last century we’ve been taught by Liberals to despise free enterprise. Meanwhile, in the early twentieth century, John D. Rockefeller, the founder of Standard Oil Company, bought up his competitors and drove inefficient oil companies in America into bankruptcy, thereby establishing an empire that lowered the cost of fuel by over 90%. That would never have happened − and won’t ever happen − under Trudeaupian Liberal rule.
Liberals at one point supported free trade, but the once-proud Liberal brand now represents a growing class of non-traders, non-doers, non-producers and non-innovators; people who devote themselves to constantly inflicting the government into the affairs of hard-working Canadians: bureaucrats, professional politicians, public-service employees, environmental and “human rights” activists, and of course a modest bevy of welfare bums.
Whether you’re a farmer, fisherman, logger, miner, small businessman, or anyone who employs himself or others, you’re forced to work every day to pay the way of these Liberal freeloaders who seek to make your life more difficult, or to put you out of business altogether. As Paul Wells puts it in the May edition of Maclean’s, “The most prominent Liberal in the country remains an admirer of government’s ability to get things done.” Aw shucks.
But look, the history of Canada has squat to do with government’s “abilities.” It’s innovative individuals that matter, in spite of, not because of, whichever party is in power.
But, alas, in Justin’s prophetic words: “Before we can convince Canadians that we have the best platform, we have to re-convince Canadians that politics should be in the business of shaping the future of Canada.”
If a Conservative said that, she’d be referring to getting government out of the way. But when someone with the Trudeau name talks about shaping your future, brace yourself, and start looking for a good bankruptcy lawyer.
Sounds like the right man to lead the Liberals to me!
