In 2014, the culmination of the Fed's financial experiment could be called "The Dollar Also Sets" and is set in a time of moral and financial bankruptcy.

- So far there are no memorable lines from Yellanke of the Fed, but it's early in the last chapter so there may still be something worth remembering.

Until there is, Hemingway's lines are as good or better than any for historical purposes.

- You should really be "thanking" the Federal Reserve and the political crooks who have stolen your money by making the purchasing power of a 2014 Dollar the same as the purchasing power of a 1913 penny.


'Boomers' might better recognize a comparison to the 1950's, and the aware ones would desire the prices and purchasing power of those days to the phony riches of 2014.
