Past - present- future?
- Past as prologue for non-Dimocrats (C).

Same time, next year:
- Home values will be lower.
- Mortgage rates, food, and energy will be higher.
- QE will still be with us.

Unless the proverbial unforeseen "black swan" makes things even worse.............
