Begging your pardon sir, but in the U. S Navy an "airman" is an enlisted rating of the Navy, not the Air Force.
I'm guessing that is who doing the brightwork.
Not taking anything away from the hardworking folk of the USAF, I'm just saying....

It was a squid who took the picture according to the credits...even worse..
No Air Farce on a carrier. Those "ground crew" would be very dead, very quickly. Only flight deck qualified sailors allowed....
