Navy hunting & fishing boat, doubles as a ski boat.
That is a USN SOC-R(Special Operations Craft-Riverine). I served with that unit for a while as a reservist, and if I make it out of the army (I joined because I was doing fuckall in the navy reserve) I hope to go back there.
