I did some yard bird that same way just last weekend, yummy!! Except I washed it down with Sam Adams Winter Lager

The one in the picture is a Brinkmann smoke n grill. If you can get them they work great and are WAY less expensive than the Webers.....
sam adams winter lager...a great beer...americans do make great beer as well as wine...my sisters napa valley cab franc is amazing.
