What ever happened to Pin-ups....

Oh yes this explains it!! PC brigade ban pin-ups on RAF jets - in case they offend women and Muslims Thanks to Gibby Haynes for reminding me.

Not sure, but the PC brigade recently pressured (see: whinged until they capitulated) the RAF into not having pin-ups on their planes anymore for fears of offending the...people they're dropping bombs on.

Well, the artist you featured, Gil Elvgren died in 1980.

Playboy and its ilk probably resulted in the death of the pin-up more than anything else.

Gone the way of saucy postcards

What b*llshit!

These are supposed to be "red-blooded" warriors -not the ladies of the freakin typing pool!

Most of those women pilots have bigger testes than the average man. -I'm sure there were no complaints from them.

Check out "thepiratescove.us". He has the Patriotic Pinup section with a lot of the old pinups. In many ways they are more sexy then most of the pictures of today.
