Some years back I bought a set of beautifully made luggage at an auction at the estate of a beer distributor. Inside were Pan American tickets stubs for a flight in the 1950s from Key West, Florida to Havanna, Cuba. This was the first international commercial air route, I believe, and this luggage made one of the early flights. Cool, eh?

The TWA Flies Direct Grand Canyon ad was probably before 1956, when they dumped a Connie into the Grand Canyon.
Whatever happened to Pan Am, I wonder? ;)
