Human rights 'apply to UK troops'.
The Human Rights Act is a load of bollocks brought in by a bunch of lawyers for their own benefit. However in this case it is right. The MOD have a 'Duty of Care' to our servicemen and they have been criminally negligent over the last few years. It is time for the MOD civil servants to be held responsible for their criminal negligence towards our troops. I want these bastards prosecuted for this starting with that bastard Brown.

the act is bollocks...in all cases.it will not be used to help our troops but by the left to make it impossible for them to ever fight again. The left hates the military and by using this act they can appear to be sympathetic whilst achieving their ends.
Agreed, Thud. But nonetheless, a government which sends its troops to war is obliged to equip them with the very best available - not send them buggering around in soft-top landies in IED country.
agreed on the equipment but apparently some of the chair bound fools at the mod have quite a bit to do with that..wimiks etc are rubbish but gordo wouldnt know one end of a gun etc from another..nulabour have always hated the military..I'm just worried about hundreds of frivolous actions in court designed to paralyse our operations.
