too true haddock, too true. But will it really be an all American plane as the design looks like something out of the Armstrong Whitworth project drawing press circa 1960? Didn't A-W scheme a VTOL SST back in the golden age?
Guys, you need to remember that the original Boeing and Lockheed SST projects were killed by those very restrictions.
Unless they're off to some watermelon conference in a lovely vacation spot, the usual suspects *really* don't want to even think about someone having a good time if they can help it.
