High-speed concrete mixer?
Well its a Comet Tank with the main gun missing but what the hell the four drum tubes are on top i have no idea.
Set of drainage pipes ?

It's definitely designed by Gerry Anderson. Probably during his Captain Scarlet phase.
That is for an amazing circus act. It's a Centurion tank.

There look to be missiles in the pipes
