One of those guys threw done on me when I visited London. I was taking me touristy snaps and I stepped around the pillar to camera right in this picture.
When I looked through the viewfinder, all I saw was this shiny silver diamond, which is what the point of a trooper's pattern light cavalry sabre looks like when it's right in your face.
Nobody told the guy he was a ceremonial guard.
Job well done, trooper, and I'm not being sarcastic about that.
