Europeans learn multiple languages because they have to, just to survive. Live in Amsterdam and travel 500 miles in any direction and you need more than a half dozen languages just to sell your products. Multiple languages are a necessity, not a noble or polite act. Obama was just babbling about the Tower of Babel effect.
He's barely speaking English.
What a moron.
This footage was taken at my son's high school last week. BHO spoke for about fifteen minutes and then was gone. (He, by the way, does not speak Spanish beyond 'Si, se puede.')
