Vet in Hong Kong is an interesting view of a year in the life of a Scottish Vet in Hong Kong. It is well worth a read if you have time. Russell has also written these two very good books. One is about his time a a rural vet and the other is an investigation of the rituals, beliefs and skills of the Original Whisperers.
