Come come now, the Mustang can tool around at 300K all day long. That's comfy for the 16. How about this: I flew a C-47 on a Cessna 140 piloted by a VFR only pilot at night above a cloud layer, he was lost, and directed him to a safe letdown through the cloud and concluded with an uneventful landing. I didn't even get a thank you. The whole story will be in my book.

I would have sworn that a F-16 could not fly slow enough for a P-51. I was wrong.
Awesome picture Theo - is there a larger version available somewhere?
