Do you know what happened back in 1850, 158 years ago?

California became a state.

The State had no electricity.

The State had no money.

Almost everyone spoke Spanish.

There were gunfights in the streets.

So basically, it was just like it is today, except then women's breasts were real and the men didn't hold hands.

If Kenny Boy Lay (remember him? He flew down the operatives who stop-ped Gore's recounts in 2000 on his private jet) hadn't run Ahnold for Gubernator, with the specific intention of defusing Cruz Bustamante's lawsuit to recover the 9 billion dollars Enron stole from CA, they'd probably be in better shape. ;)
