Given his clear muppet status you have to wonder who has their hand up his ass.
Remember when the press was so critical of Bush's supposed inability to speak? Just think what would happen if Bush had been this dependent on teleprompters. Bush actually did better when he went ad-lib. Sounded funny, but, he made more sense.
