Texas DPS is very serious.
That's not for speeders. That's a zombie migration control point.
Sure it's not one of the new sites on the state border?The ones installed by Oregon, Nevada and Arizona to keep the Californians on their side of the borders?
This puts me in mind of those signs I see on I-95 and other highways: "Speed Limit Enforced by Airplane". What does that mean? Do they swoop down and strafe speeders?
