These little beasties are street legal. Either Kawasaki or Honda motorcycle engines for power, and retired vintage bumper car bodies - transformed into the most awesome form of mini-car we have ever seen. There are seven of these little monsters floating around California so far.

They look great. Shame they could never be used on roads in the U.K. You would have to fit mudguards, check the lights and indicators positions were legal then have Road Tax and inaurance! Prohibitive for non standard vehicles. But THEY LOOK GREAT!
