This one I do want to see in a US courtroom on a full Capital Treason charge.
Looks to me like he has a bullseye between his eyes.
And the argument over where his trial takes place starts.
I'm more interested in what he's going to be charged with.
If this isn't an example of "put his ass in front of a firing line" treason, then nothing is.
