USA WIN 1-1 !Now who plays keeper on Friday?
I have a lot of sympathy for this man. I'm afraid his momentary lapse will give false hope to American footy fans. But I wonder, will he be let back in when the English side returns?
As a Yank who cares absolutely nothing about football, I too feel sorry for the goalie. As for "false hope," none here -- but I suggest that England may suffer from it. If you can't score on the USA (of all teams!) over an entire half, well....
