To what degree do you think that the ruler of NK actually runs the country unilaterally vs. merely being a puppet of some small oligarchy/committee that pulls his strings. Obviously, that's a rhetorical question since not enough information escapes NK to really guess, but from what very little has been seen of KJI in public my guess is that he has been too sick or drugged up for years to make any real decisions. My totally uneducated guess is that there's a small group of people who make the decisions, with a lot of influence from China, and that that same group will continue to make the decisions for the new leader.
