Here is 150 kg exlosives blown up to make a hole from the lake at 410 m. over sea level to a tunnel leading to a Hydro powerstation at sea level.

Impressive but why do it in the first place? That and I imagine it killed off all the fish from the concussion.
Unless of course you are going to have the Fish Fry of the Century.
Since the water seems to flow into the lake, isn't the elevation backwards?
It looked like they blew open an outlet for the turbines to flow into the lake.
