In the constitutional issues that are spoken about either for or against Obamacare, no one wants to admit that Obamacare forces Americans to buy a commodity. This is the first time that Americans are forced to purchase something in order to be an American.
The sad part is that the purchase to be a citizen scenario was in a 1980s science fiction novel. I suppose one of the clowns in DC read that and thought it a good idea.
