Obama’s Arab Spring has turned the Mideast into a zoo on fire, one in which Israel finds itself in a much more tenuous position – and the USA does too, for that matter. The deterioration has been so swift and the unleashing of radical Islamist forces so overwhelming, one might think it was all Obama’s intention. But let’s not get carried away. Most likely, it’s just Obama’s incompetence.

If the end result is a horrible one, I don't think we really need to argue about intent and/or incompetence....no matter what, we have arrived at a really bad conclusion.
