26 degrees in Katy, Texas this morning West of Houston 15 mi
18 degrees in Graham, Texas, this morning / being 90 miles NW of Fort Worth.
I grew up in southeast Texas (Cleveland) and we always had a little ice on our pond every winter, but not usually until January or February. When I lived in Katy, we'd have an occasional frost, but again, in January or February.
